What is Project Quit? Project Quit is a free, 4-session program that is open to anyone 21 years and older. Participants will receive goodies and workbook plus the support and guidance of a trained facilitator. Why join? This class has helped MANY people quit! It is free, very laid-back and no pressure! The goal of the class is to provide encouragement and give you the opportunity to meet others who are having the same challenges quitting as you. What do you have to lose besides a nicotine addiction? How does it work? Click on the link and enter your info and address so we can mail you the free workbook. Or you can pick one up at our office. Please sign up ASAP so you can get it in time. You will be sent an email with a link to join the meeting and further instructions. Is there pressure to quit? Not at all! This group is for ANY tobacco user or former user that would like encouragement, support and tips for trying to quit, cut back or stay quit.
